Delivery is simply a flat rate of £3.95, whatever the size or weight of the order.

All items are sent by Royal Mail and will take 2-5 working days.

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends) or the next working day if orders are received after 12 noon. However, due to delays caused by Covid-19 please allow longer for delivery.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will be happy with your order but if it is not what you wanted please return the item in the original packaging, posting back within 7 days of receipt, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund. Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement. We regret that return postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
